	Do you Agree to our Terms of Service?

To make a booking you must read and agree to Monstertour’s terms and conditions and fill in the enquiry form. A 50% deposit must be paid upon booking by cheque, cash or bank transfer. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the cost which must be paid in Euros; you must pay not later than 8 weeks before departure. If you book less than 6 weeks before departure, full payment must be made on booking. Notification of cancellation must be made to Monstertour’s in writing.
 
2.Bookings made over the telephone or, by email more than 8 weeks before departure will not be deemed accepted until we have received the enquiry form and deposit.  
 
3.If you cancel your booking at any time before departure we will not refund your deposit. 
  
4.If you cancel your booking after you have paid in full the following cancellation charges will be made:
 
Between 60 and 41 days: 60% of the holiday cost less the deposit
Between 42 and 27 days: 75% of the holiday cost less the deposit
28 days or less (or fail to join the holiday): 100% of the holiday cost
These dates refer to our receiving written notification of your cancellation.
   
5.If you do not pay the balance of your holiday cost within 8 weeks of the start date your booking will be terminated and you will lose your deposit.

6.The holiday booked may not be re-assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form may travel. Pets are not allowed.

7.The information and prices shown on this website may have changed by the time you come to book your arrangements. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the website information and prices at the time of loading, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check the price and all other details of your chosen arrangements with Monstertours at the time of booking. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, transfer, food and drink costs. In order to fish the river you are required to hold a valid licence, these can be purchased through Monstertours details will be given when a booking query is made.
 
8.Before you come on the holiday you must be covered by insurance, which must include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation, should you become too ill to continue, including helicopter rescue and air ambulance. It is up to each individual to ensure that their insurance is adequate for the holiday they have booked. If you join the holiday without insurance you may not be allowed to continue on the holiday, with no right of refund. Any claims concerning matters for which you are insured must be directed to your insurers. If you participate in any extra activities that may be available you must have insurance that will cover these activities. Monstertours is not liable for non compliance to this and the passenger accepts responsibility for obtaining any travel insurance required for the holiday and the activities you wish to do while on holiday.

9.Monstertours accept no responsibility for any problems with travel arrangements, this includes delays, flight cancellations etc. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date travel documents. All travelers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date. You are also required to carry a European Health Insurance Card (this replaced the E111 form).

10.You are responsible for the replacement cost of any pieces of equipment or articles damaged, misused, lost or stolen whilst in your possession during your holiday period.

11.When boat fishing, buoyancy jackets are available, their use is strongly recommended. Non use is entirely at your own risk.
  
12.Any information or advice provided by Monstertours on matters such as permits, visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, airlines and travel connections etc. is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of the Monstertours, and the passenger accepts responsibility for obtaining any necessary visas and travel documents required for the holiday.
  
13.Monstertours will let you know as soon as we can if, through no fault of your own, we are forced to significantly alter or cancel your holiday. In these circumstances you can choose one of the following options:-
a) Accept our offer of a replacement holiday of lower cost (if available) and we will refund the difference in cost; or 
b) Accept our offer of a replacement holiday of equivalent cost. 
  
14.Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realise the possible hazards involved in our holidays, including injury, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience and discomfort. Changes in planned holidays may be caused by local political conditions, flight cancellations, weather, border restrictions, sickness, or other unforeseeable circumstances. No refunds will be given for services not utilised. If a customer of Monstertours is unable, or does not choose, to complete an itinerary on their holiday, Monstertours is not liable to supply alternative itineraries, excursions, accommodations, services or staff for the period when the traveler is not present with the group.

15. On an active group holiday if you participate in the activities it is necessary that you abide by the authority of the Guide, who represents Monstertours. Booking your holiday signifies your agreement to this, and if you commit any illegal act when on a Monstertours holiday or if in the opinion of the Guide your behavior is causing or likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others Monstertours may terminate your holiday arrangements without any liability on our part and no refund will be given. If you are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise or have any special needs, these must be brought to the attention of Monstertours at time of booking.
  
16.If you have any complaint about the holiday, you must make it known at the earliest opportunity to the Guide, who will normally be able to take appropriate action. If you are not satisfied with their response and you feel your enjoyment of the holiday is likely to be significantly affected, you should notify Monstertours by phone and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
  
17.Any activities participated in on our holidays that are not run by Monstertours but in conjunction with a local company, are of the responsibility of the participant and the company involved and not Monstertours. Customers must adhere to the involved company’s terms and conditions and Monstertours are not liable for anything on the part of these companies.
  
18. Monstertours are responsible to you for the proper performance of our obligations under the contract. We are liable to you for any damage caused to you by our failure to perform the contract or by our improper performance of the contract, unless that failure is: a) attributable to you; b) attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services and are unforeseeable or unavoidable; c) due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and could not have been avoided even if all due care had been taken d) due to an event which even with all due care we could not foresee or forestall.
  
19.Monstertours reserves the right to cancel a holiday in any circumstances but will not cancel a holiday less than 8 weeks before due start date. Unless the client fails to pay the final balance.

20.In order to process your booking and meet your requirements, we must pass your personal details on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements. We would also like to hold your information (including any email address), where collected by Monstertours, for our own future marketing purposes (for example, to inform you of promotional/competition offers). If you do not wish to receive such approaches in future, please inform Monstertours as soon as possible.

21.Travelers consent to Monstertours using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting Monstertours, and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Sponsors of Monstertours.

22.     This contract is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any conflict between the terms and conditions of the contract and the law of Northern Ireland, then the law of Northern Ireland shall prevail.
